All orders will be sent out via the normal postal system (airmail where applicable).
- Postage and Handling is FREE to anywhere in the world.
- Pricing is in Euros (EUR), Pounds Sterling (STG), US Dollars (USD) and Canadian Dollars (CAN) Select currency in the right margin. =>
- The minimum order value that will be accepted is EUR7.50
- All orders paid via cheque will be dispatched within 4 working days of receipt of the order and payment. Credit Card orders will be dispatched within 2 working days.
Note: no order will be dispatched until payment is confirmed.

Postal orders should be made via the ‘KiD Labels order form’ which can be downloaded from the 'ordering' page of this website or by contacting us, and we will send one out to you.

We endeavour to use the best quality products on the market. If you find a problem with them or are not completely happy with your purchase, please contact us and we will do everything we can to rectify the problem. If we can’t, just return the labels and packaging to us and we will refund the full purchase price.

KiD Labels will collect information on customers for its own use and will not pass it on to any third parties unless required to by law. The information will be used to confirm any details that may not be clear to us, in order to process your order quickly and correctly.
Occasionally we may also use it to send out newsletters or information on any new products or special offers. You will be given the option of being excluded from this mail out list.
